And above all things have fervent love for one another, for "love will cover a multitude of sins." Be hospitable to one another without grumbling. As each one has received a gift, minister it to one another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God.

Above all. That means before everything else have a fervent love for each other. When we love each other fervently it makes up for our failures as individuals. Our sins are covered. We have each others' backs.
When we love each other fervently we are hospitable to each other; our lives are entwined. We meet house to house the way the disciples of the first century did. We are glad to get together even when we are the ones hosting. Let me encourage you to have someone from church over this month. You can even make it pot-luck the important thing is being together outside of formal meetings.
When we love each other fervently we use whatever gift we have to serve the body. Whether we are vacuuming the church, praying on our knees, or greeting people as they come in our church we need to be doing it to Jesus and to each other. Let me encourage you to notice those you fervently love aren't in fellowship with you this week and give them a call to see how they are. In these three ways we minister God's manifold grace to each other and the world who is watching to see if we love each other.
In Fervent Love,
Pastor Jason
