But if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, He who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit who dwells in you.

We can transfer life from our spiritual connection with Jesus to our ailing bodies. The Spirit that raised Jesus from the dead resides in us. We can begin to experience His life giving experience now. This promise will be fulfilled to completion in the world to come when we are like Christ. It can be initiated now if we will live our life in service to Him by obeying the Spirit within us. When we are led by His Spirit we release His life into our entire person; body, soul, and spirit.
Being led by the Spirit means to have His lifestyle built into us from the inside out. It means we live the way Jesus would in total. Proverbs 5:21-23 explains it to us. It is our own twisted nature that traps us. Our sinful wickedness binds us while ignorance kills us as our very own foolishness leads down the path of destruction. God sees it all; He understands our plight.
He has prepared a way out for us. Through, Christ we can receive His Spirit so that we are not trapped by our own inner and outer pressures. We now have His Power to not only save us for Heaven but for right now. The Holy Spirit RAISED Jesus from the dead! Is what I need any greater that that?
Lord Jesus, help me walk in Your ways, in Your Spirit so I may begin to defeat death in my life. I commit to doing things Your way. I commit to turning from harmful things. Search me today, point our any harmful ways. As I leave them behind fill me up with your Spirit of life. Heal me and I will be healed!
